My name is Filipa Faria
I'm an experienced and passionate HR professional whose journey through burnout in 2022 led to a moment of profound transformation. I decided to reclaim my life and reinvigorate my purpose, launching my own business. My mission is to redefine the landscape of Human Resources, bridging the gap between 'Human' and 'Resources'. This change is not just a shift in my career, but a reflection of my life's passion to advocate for the individual within the corporate structure.
